Re: Enhanced Factory Bins
will dig up the programming lead for the WB this weekend and see what can be played around with in its settings
Will also try your suggestion of taking a reading at 7.35 and try the modification to the calc to see how it goes

Re: Enhanced Factory Bins
Do you have a multimeter that you could measure the output that goes to A5 with the engine off and reading 22.4?
Would be interesting to see what voltage you are getting, I just measured mine and have 5.2V on the WB output going to the ECU

Hey mate sounds like the similar issues I had at the start
here is my calculation give it a go and see if you get closer readings
(((22.40-7.35)/255)*x)+7

Re: 4L60E Complete Rebuild
mine were damn tight when I did my auto as well, did not break any though mate - don't feel too bad as I could not get the stator out of the pump housing once I got the 3 screws out so I just replaced the bushes
I still have the other pump housing if you want it

Re: Do I need to Tune(VS Ecotec)with lighter F/W
with your wideband you normally get a bung welded in just before the cat and leave both the stock O2 sensors alone Your stalling will be caused by running an auto ECU wit the T5, the VSS is different for the T5 manual. Auto and Getrag share the same type of VSS You will need to either get a T5 manua...
