Yeah i am thinking i will remove the inlet and look for signs of corrosion.

Seen it again today high comp v8 with a cam running rich not tuned
Ngk plugs with the v groove in the electrode worked fine then he changed to new standard ngk plugs they fouled and the car wouldn't even start.
He then changed back to the original started up ran fine.
