Re: shift points
Yeah, it messes up the shift points, so your looking to make the sameish changes to the same tables (but for different reasons) as what you would need to do if you were to put it before the computer.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

Re: shift points
You need to modify the kickdown settings, these are used at (or near) WOT. There is a KPH and RPM threshold, both have to be met for it to shift.
Re: shift points
Have found all the tables will go for drive shortly to test I also found a calculator to work out speed vs rpm with the gearbox ratios
Re: shift points
ok went for a drive logged it seems to still hit limiters way before ive set everything

Re: shift points
So your hitting the limiter before the shift not shifting to early? I thought it wasn't reving out far enough before shifting
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem
Re: shift points
It's not and I've set all limters to 6200 and 6300 but won't go further then 5800 in gear

Re: shift points
What car/engine drive train mods etc?
Maybe it'll only rev to 5800 under full load.
You also need to remember that it takes time for the trans to shift so you need to give it a couple of hundred rpm margin.
