try loading this ads in tunerpro, go tools/aldl/setup, pick "SRS Reset" and hit send command. Assuming your connections are good and com port is configured right that should do it.. let us know how it goes and if it works i'll put this ads up with the others.

Just tried it on my VT, the command is crashing Tunerpro RT.
I changed the values in Payload and and payload offset from 0 & 0 to 55 & 5 and unticked Master and Monitor, it know seems to work. I guess the zeroes are causing some issue in tunepro, once told to listen for a reply it seems to be OK.
When run, some additional lights on dash come up then all go out, about 5-10 seconds later airbag light returns, so I will assume at this stage it is resetting but there is still something wrong with the airbag circuits.
I've got a friend who has a similar problem with hers, but it usually lasts for a day or so after the garage reset it, will try on that also.

Sorry Antus, was editing my original post above with some updated info when yours came through.
It looks like it is working with the changes listed above, but must still be something wrong with my car, light has been on since I got it, but somebody had removed the bulb and it wasn't picked during the roadworthy.
I have now replaced the bulb and would like to fizx the problem and get rid of the chimes.
Will let you know how I go once I check the other car.

I am curios as to the fault,
Has the car had a steering rack replaced as the clock spring normally gets broken but if the horn still works maybe not?
Maybe fault with wiring under a seat caught in a runner.
They are the two most common faults.

The best one was an new Astra convertible where a stereo installer back probed the yellow wiring when told not to and set off all the vehicle air bags and seat ones and belts.
The installed ended up in hospital with whiplash.
This was a new car undelivered to customer, car was written off as cost too much to fix.

A set of airbags consist of new steering wheel and column, Dash pad and brackets and airbag, new seat frames / seat with airbags, new seat belts complete, new wiring harness and module.
I can’t remember is it had A pillar airbags as well.
All parts are imported and full retail price not warranty.
All I can say is thank god it was subcontractor stuff up not dealer one.
As customer arranged to have the stereo fitted.
